Plan, book, and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries for members—from consultation and destination research to bookings and post-trip follow-up—maintaining CRM records, collaborating with suppliers and teammates, and delivering high-touch client service for multiple simultaneous trips.

Lead creation and governance of Marchay's luxury travel editorial content. Rewrite and organize destination guides, itineraries, hotel and restaurant descriptions, and concierge resources. Build editorial standards, manage calendars, write newsletters and features, collaborate with advisors and engineers to integrate content into an AI platform, and support partnerships and social presence.

Lead a team of Travel Advisors to manage high-touch client relationships and execute complex luxury itineraries. Oversee bookings, supplier partnerships, crisis resolution, mentorship, and continuous improvement of service and processes.
