Coordinates a $70M fundraising campaign by maintaining project plans, donor and prospect records, budgets, reports, and CRM data. Supports donor cultivation, stewardship, communications, meetings, events, volunteers, committees, and stakeholder engagement. Prepares proposals, briefing materials, presentations, and campaign reports while ensuring confidentiality, policy compliance, accurate gift recording, and process improvement. Collaborates with philanthropy, marketing, leadership, vendors, donors, and community partners to advance campaign goals.

Leads finance operations for government-funded, fee-for-service, philanthropy, grant, and contract portfolios. Oversees reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, deferred and restricted revenue, financial controls, audits, compliance, and funder reporting. Manages and develops the finance team, partners with program and philanthropy leaders, supports executive and Board reporting, and improves financial systems and processes using Dynamics 365, Prophix, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, and Power BI.

The Labour Relations Coordinator supports labour relations and broader People & Culture operations. Responsibilities include maintaining grievance, arbitration, and collective agreement records; coordinating onboarding and offboarding; supporting collective bargaining, workplace investigations, reporting, employee documentation, HR systems, SharePoint, communications, and departmental projects. The role also provides policy guidance, responds to HR inquiries, maintains accurate employee data, and contributes to process improvements.
