Coordinates domestic and international shipments, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and repair centers. Manages customs documentation, trade compliance, export controls, RMAs, reverse logistics, inventory transfers, and ERP/TMS records. Tracks shipments, resolves delivery exceptions, supports customer and internal teams, and ensures timely, cost-effective, compliant movement of goods. The role requires coordination across global regions, occasional extended hours, and regular work in shipping and receiving areas.

Develop and maintain C++ video recording solutions across Windows, Linux, embedded, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include designing scalable client/server applications, edge-to-cloud services, REST APIs, containerized deployments, and cloud-native architectures. The role supports migration from Yocto/Linux embedded systems, testing and debugging, automation, customer issue resolution, and high-level technical design. Candidates need 3+ years of C++ software engineering experience, cloud familiarity, networking knowledge, and experience with embedded, multithreaded, and Agile development.

Supports customer operations by resolving escalated issues, managing orders in SAP, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely fulfillment. Provides product, pricing, availability, shipment, freight, customs, invoice, and certification support for domestic and international customers. Acts as a subject-matter resource, manages complex shipments and customer expectations, corrects order-processing errors, and independently handles daily operations, escalations, and special projects.
