Prepare tax workpapers for investment vehicles, review tax returns and K-1s, support 1042, 1099, and New York State LLC filings, manage FBAR and FATCA/CRS reporting, prepare entity tax documents and check-the-box elections, obtain tax identification numbers, and assist with ASC 740 analysis and investor inquiries.

Lead analysis and execution of structured credit investments, primarily in RMBS and secondarily ABS markets. Responsibilities include idea generation, underwriting, cash flow analysis, capital structure review, detailed modeling in Intex and Excel, trade execution, counterparty interaction, asset management, performance monitoring, regulatory review, and investor materials preparation.

Leads firm-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, reporting, and performance analysis across fund structures and corporate operations. Partners with the CFO, portfolio managers, investment teams, and functional leaders to provide variance analysis, strategic recommendations, and management reporting. Evaluates financial impacts of new strategies and fund launches, supports partnership-level reporting, and improves financial processes and technology. Requires strong FP&A, fund accounting, financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills.
