Prepare tax workpapers for investment vehicles, review tax returns and K-1s, support 1042, 1099, and New York State LLC filings, manage FBAR and FATCA/CRS reporting, prepare entity tax documents and check-the-box elections, obtain tax identification numbers, and assist with ASC 740 analysis and investor inquiries.

Sources, structures, negotiates, and closes equipment lease and finance transactions ranging from $5 million to $150 million or more. Builds a broad pipeline, develops manufacturer, dealer, vendor, and intermediary relationships, presents credit stories to the Investment Committee, and coordinates transactions through closing and asset management. Represents the firm at industry conferences, mentors junior team members, and manages forecasting and reporting in DealCloud.

Provide proactive administrative and executive support to multiple senior leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting through Concur, reception coverage, conference room and facilities support, stakeholder communication, confidentiality, and ad hoc operational projects in a fully in-office environment.
