Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing packages, maintain job billing and AR aging, process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices, monitor job costs, maintain AP/AR records, and assist with month-end and year-end close. Review contracts for accurate billing and handle payment inquiries and discrepancies.

Entry-level office and accounting assistant responsible for front-desk reception, answering and directing calls, mail handling, clerical supply management, operating office equipment, and supporting accounting with billing and subcontractor document collection. Maintains professional phone and in-person presence and assists with general office duties as assigned.
