Administers employee changes, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS access, personnel records, document management, compliance tracking, reporting, and HR workflows. Provides policy and process guidance to employees and managers, supports recruiting, benefits, leave, employee relations, and compensation functions, coordinates vendors and purchasing, and improves HR procedures while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
