Manages ACH processing, electronic payment settlement, debit and credit card administration, disputes, account records, reporting, and exception resolution. Ensures compliance with NACHA, Regulation E, Regulation Z, BSA, OFAC, AML, and related requirements. Supports audits, database maintenance, staff training, process improvement, cross-training, and departmental coverage. The role also contributes to payment modernization initiatives such as FedNow, RTP, and automation while safeguarding sensitive financial information.

Produces polished print and digital marketing materials across multiple channels, adapts campaign concepts, prepares production-ready files, manages revisions, applies brand standards, and supports social media and campaign execution. Works independently as a contractor while managing multiple deadlines, incorporating feedback, and maintaining strong quality control, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Provide personalized financial advice and planning to credit union members, grow assets under management through business development, maintain client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with branches on sales and education, and support wealth team initiatives.
