Develops accessible, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications with React and TypeScript. Responsibilities include technical architecture, API integration, debugging, profiling, performance optimization, Agile collaboration, coding best-practice sharing, mentoring new team members, and community participation. The role is based in Montreal with hybrid work and includes international relocation support.

Develop backend software for major Canadian technology projects, contribute to technical architecture, and work in Agile environments. Share development best practices, promote clean code and testing, mentor new team members, participate in technical evaluations, and contribute actively to the Maplr community. The role requires strong Java and Spring experience, microservices knowledge, DevOps familiarity, cloud development experience, and a commitment to secure, high-quality software.

Évaluer, fine-tuner et optimiser des modèles d’IA générative et des LLM pour des cas d’usage bancaires. Concevoir des prompts, mesurer la performance avec DeepEval ou RAGAS, assurer le monitoring en production et déployer les modèles sur AWS Bedrock avec Terraform. Collaborer avec des analystes et développeurs, vulgariser les concepts complexes et partager les bonnes pratiques en IA.
