Use CRM data and campaign insights to improve personalization, operational efficiency, engagement, and marketing ROI.

Supervise restaurant floor operations, coach and motivate staff, organize seating and sections, verify deliveries, expedite orders, resolve guest and service issues, oversee opening and closing duties, maintain scheduling and attendance records, and support employee performance reviews. The role requires high-volume restaurant supervision, beverage and food-service expertise, POS proficiency, Smart Serve certification, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
