Provides executive financial leadership for organizational sustainability, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, investments, capital strategy, risk management, compliance, audits, and internal controls. Advises the CEO, leadership council, Finance Committee, and Board while overseeing the Finance Department through the VP of Finance and Controller. Leads financial planning, performance analysis, banking and contract negotiations, and team development in a healthcare and nonprofit environment.

The OB Coordinator, a registered nurse, oversees the obstetrics program and supervises OB nurses. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, managing workflows and protocols, supporting Centering Pregnancy groups and doula services, training staff, leading OB meetings, maintaining nursing competencies, and collaborating with organizational leaders and community partners to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.

Lead design and centralization of maintenance and infrastructure systems across multiple sites. Standardize SOPs, manage vendors and contracts, create multi-year capital plans, oversee budgets, prioritize work centrally, provide technical leadership for renovations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support site technicians during critical incidents.
