Design and maintain data infrastructure and tooling, develop scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with other teams to enable insights.

Lead a small marketing analytics team, partner with the CMO and marketing leads to shape strategy, deliver insights, build dashboards and self-serve tools, define measurement and experimentation frameworks (attribution, incrementality, LTV), and stay hands-on on high-impact analytics projects.
