Supports the life insurance pre-sale process by providing product information, case design, illustrations, communications, and guidance on new business and underwriting processes. Partners with Sales and Distribution teams to support producers, customers, strategic initiatives, and sales goals. The role requires strong customer service, phone communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, along with obtaining required FINRA and state insurance licenses within specified timeframes.

Executes risk-based second-line compliance testing, evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, documents evidence and findings in a GRC platform, analyzes exceptions and emerging risks, and supports remediation with audit, risk, compliance, and business partners. The role requires testing financial-services controls against internal policies and regulatory requirements, including walkthroughs, sample selection, and detailed reporting.

Leads day-to-day print and post production operations across U.S. and Canadian Retirement, including fulfillment, imaging, vendor delivery, quality, SLAs, continuity, and compliance. Owns financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting integrity, cost transparency, and expense reduction. Sets analytics and reporting strategy using Power BI and data warehouses, develops managers, strengthens controls and audit readiness, and partners with Finance, Procurement, IT, Product, and transformation teams.
