Manage end-to-end administration and after-sales servicing of group insurance accounts including policy/member record management, renewals, underwriting submissions, commission payouts, certificates issuance, claims confirmations, billing/commission reconciliations, client/distributor support, escalations, SLA monitoring, and process improvement or system migration projects.

Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients, work with branch teams to generate leads, acquire and maintain accounts, conduct sales presentations, perform KYC/CDD/EDD, handle post-sales service, and meet sales targets while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Provide practical legal advice across the business, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, monitor regulatory developments, support risk assessments and dispute management, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and governance.
