Lead commercial mortgage pricing oversight, transaction analytics, allocation management, portfolio and client reporting, and strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance pricing models, reporting, and analytical tools, ensure data integrity, incorporate accounting/regulatory considerations (IFRS 9, NAIC), and present insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Origination, Credit, Accounting, ALM, and external clients to support portfolio performance, allocation compliance, and new lending initiatives.

Prepares, validates, and delivers client, management, audit, statistical, and financial reports. The role manages reporting deadlines, performs variance analysis, supports investment fund initiatives, identifies control weaknesses, maintains documentation, and contributes to client servicing, systems testing, process improvements, and business transformation. Strong French and English communication, client servicing experience, financial services knowledge, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required or preferred.

Support product strategy and transformation for retirement offerings through research, ideation, business case creation, roadmap management, and product communications. Lead intake of new ideas, collaborate with analysts and SMEs, and prepare leadership reporting to drive feature launches and continuous improvement.
