Lead and support enterprise UC projects; provide UC (VoIP/VTC/DVTC) engineering and architecture development support. Resolve escalated trouble tickets from Service Desk. Design UC/VoIP operating/hardware systems; develop implementation approaches and technical documentation. Conduct end-to-end system trade analyses.

Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, monitor and manage system resources, perform systems security administration functions, provide problem diagnosis and resolution, interact with users and evaluate vendor products, develop and monitor policies for computing resources, familiar with scripting and installing applications, review security scans and apply fixes, work with STIGs via automated tools.
