Coordinate and process SMB pricing requests: gather data, request supplier quotes, prepare pricing materials and contracts, maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools, and support sales and operations with timely, accurate pricing and documentation. Build working knowledge of energy products and pricing processes.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts, manage shared inbox, coordinate with sales, suppliers, and channel partners, resolve post-sale billing/enrollment issues, document account activity, escalate complex problems, and identify process improvements to enhance client experience.

Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility and infrastructure improvements. Conduct site surveys, develop scopes, investment-grade cost estimates, and technical recommendations, coordinate engineering resources, and support project implementation to improve facility performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
