Reviews and validates signed energy contract packages, ensuring required signatures, addendums, documents, pricing, and margins are complete. Processes deals through internal workflows, submits agreements to suppliers, monitors confirmations, maintains accurate records, and resolves documentation or processing issues. Supports contract execution, quality control, audit documentation, and finance-related margin confirmation while coordinating with Sales, Pricing, Setup, suppliers, and Client Relations.

Leads mechanical and utility infrastructure assessments, feasibility studies, engineering design, cost estimates, project scopes, and technical recommendations for commercial and industrial clients. Coordinates internal and external engineering resources, supports client proposals, and provides technical oversight through project implementation, including design-build coordination, reviews, and incentive integration. The role requires site surveys, facility analysis, energy efficiency expertise, and regular travel to client facilities.

Supports assigned client accounts throughout the contract lifecycle by responding to inquiries, monitoring shared communications, coordinating with sales teams, channel partners, and energy suppliers, and resolving billing, enrollment, and service issues. Documents account activity, escalates complex problems, identifies recurring process gaps, and contributes to continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and accurate contract processing.
