Supports enterprise IT infrastructure, help desk operations, endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cloud services. Troubleshoots Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, manages onboarding and offboarding, monitors system health, supports security and recovery processes, maintains documentation, coordinates vendors, and participates in infrastructure projects. Provides occasional after-hours support and works from the Carlsbad office at least three days weekly.

Leads global procurement and strategic sourcing, including supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, benchmarking, vendor management, cost reduction, and sourcing strategy. Oversees direct procurement for devices, apparel, accessories, formulations, and packaging, while supporting indirect spend. Builds supplier relationships, expands non-China sourcing, partners cross-functionally, and manages and develops a procurement team. The role is remote-first with some international travel.

Leads international marketplace growth across Amazon UK, EU, Australia, MENA, and other platforms. Owns channel strategy, revenue performance, promotions, merchandising, assortment, content optimization, pricing, conversion, and marketplace partnerships. Uses performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and collaborates with brand, creative, product, finance, supply chain, demand planning, and operations teams. Requires deep Amazon marketplace expertise, international e-commerce experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
