Supports Asset Management marketing through campaign execution, content and presentation development, marketing automation, digital engagement, virtual events, and content library maintenance. Manages email campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing, landing pages, and website conversion optimization. Analyzes campaign metrics, builds reporting dashboards, maintains brand and compliance standards, and collaborates with sales, service, and cross-functional teams.

Supports wealth management client, advisor, consultant, and distribution relationships. Coordinates account openings, transfers, closures, documentation, reporting, client reviews, correspondence, portal support, issue resolution, and prospecting initiatives. Assists with team coverage, training, and mentoring while maintaining knowledge of investment solutions and custody processes.
