Manage MANNA’s approximately $5.5 million institutional grant portfolio from prospect research through proposal development, compliance, reporting, renewal, and closeout. Build funding pipelines, identify prospects, develop proposals and budgets, maintain funder relationships, interpret award requirements, coordinate cross-functional grant obligations, monitor deliverables and expenditures, prepare reports, maintain audit-ready files, and provide leadership with pipeline, revenue, compliance, and risk updates. Supervise the Institutional Giving Coordinator and collaborate with program, finance, development, and executive teams.
