The Safety and Compliance Manager oversees safety regulations, risk management, food safety compliance, incident reporting, fleet safety, emergency management, and employee training to maintain a safe work environment.

Manage and supervise purchase planning, inventory, order submission, and distribution for Youth Programs and Community Markets. Lead program development, operations, logistics, budgeting, data collection, reporting, and compliance. Supervise and train staff, collaborate with sourcing and partners, design program strategies, and support fundraising and grant activities. Moderate travel within the service area and occasional evening/weekend work required.
