Teams at Mankato YMCA

Provide front-desk member services: greet members, conduct tours, enter member data, handle concerns, assist sales of programs and products, maintain towels and facility cleanliness, enforce YMCA policies and complete required certifications.

Supervise daily operations of the wellness center and gym, promote and sell personal training, develop marketing and retention initiatives, train and schedule staff, instruct group fitness classes, provide wellness coaching and assessments, enforce safety and policies, and maintain a clean, member-focused environment.
