Manages and grows a freight transportation customer portfolio across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, telemarketing, customer follow-up, rate negotiations, CRM maintenance, sales reporting, and meeting new-business targets. The role also recommends service and sales-process improvements, collaborates with terminal operations, and may involve route ride-alongs, overnight travel, industry conferences, and trade shows.

Coordinates freight movement and shipment activities, communicates with customers and internal teams, maintains carrier relationships, negotiates with customers and carriers, follows customer-specific procedures, completes training, and provides team support. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, strong organization, problem-solving, multitasking, urgency, independence, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provides customer and internal support for transportation logistics operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to order inquiries, entering and updating shipment information, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, tracking shipments, maintaining customer profiles and paperwork in TMW, coordinating issue resolution, managing OS&D details, and applying assessorial charges. The role requires accurate, timely communication and collaboration with dispatch, operations, sales, and rates teams.
