Coordinate backhaul opportunities for LTL and full loads, negotiate rates, liaise with customers/terminals/sales/3PLs, monitor loads, process hired power invoices, and cover related logistics positions as needed while working from the Gore Bay or Sudbury office.

Manage end-to-end air and ocean import/export shipments, prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, coordinate carriers, brokers, warehouses and internal teams, track shipments, provide updates and resolve operational issues.

Coordinate backhaul opportunities to fill empty miles; liaise with customers, terminals, sales and 3PLs; monitor and communicate load status; negotiate rates and book hired power; process invoices; cover related backhaul/dispatch roles when required; work from Gore Bay or Sudbury offices.
