Own strategic customer relationships from post-implementation adoption through renewals and expansion. Manage account health, retention, upsells, cross-sells, executive relationships, business reviews, account planning, commercial negotiations, and internal coordination. Identify new use cases across genomic, imaging, clinical, and real-world data workflows while partnering with Product, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance.

Leads the Terra Platform engineering team, balancing people management with hands-on software development. Responsibilities include operational excellence, on-call support, incident response, monitoring, compliance audits, roadmap delivery, architecture and code reviews, hiring, and team development. The role partners with Product Management, Broad Institute stakeholders, and principal engineers while improving engineering processes and integrating AI tools into workflows.

Designs, builds, and operates core platform services for compute infrastructure, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, APIs, and MCP services. Responsibilities include improving reliability and observability, establishing operational standards, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and translating enterprise customer needs into durable platform capabilities. The role supports AI-driven analysis of genomics and life sciences data at scale and requires hands-on backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems expertise.
