Designs, builds, and operates core platform services for compute infrastructure, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, APIs, and MCP services. Responsibilities include improving reliability and observability, establishing operational standards, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and translating enterprise customer needs into durable platform capabilities. The role supports AI-driven analysis of genomics and life sciences data at scale and requires hands-on backend, infrastructure, and distributed systems expertise.

Lead and scale Manifold's direct enterprise sales motion into life sciences and healthcare. Own pipeline, quota attainment, sales methodology, team hiring and coaching, cross-functional GTM alignment, and partner/channel selling to drive net-new bookings.

Embed with life-science customers to scope, architect, and deploy end-to-end AI and data solutions. Migrate Terra.bio users, build data pipelines, agent configurations, and domain tooling. Troubleshoot infrastructure, drive pilots and adoption, capture repeatable playbooks, and inform product roadmaps while collaborating with stakeholders across research and executive teams.
