Manifesta, also known as the European Nomadic Biennial, is a pan-regional contemporary cultural biennial and interdisciplinary platform focusing on the dialogue between art and society in Europe. Founded in the early 1990s, it operates as a traveling platform that incorporates artistic creativity and social commitment to foster social, urban, and cultural change, changing its host city every two years to explore local and environmental conditions.
