Leads Marketing Operations as a strategic partner to the CMO, owning planning, operating cadence, executive scorecards, funnel measurement, performance narratives, budgeting, Martech governance, segmentation, and process optimization. Manages operations teams, aligns Marketing with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT, drives cross-functional initiatives, improves marketing efficiency, and translates data into executive decisions and action plans.

Leads the strategy, growth, and P&L performance of an enterprise mobility hardware business. Directs go-to-market execution, OEM and technology partnerships, complex enterprise sales opportunities, customer engagements, and development of a high-performing sales organization. The role manages revenue and profitability targets while integrating endpoint technologies such as mobile devices, RFID, scanners, and printers into supply chain, warehouse, retail, transportation, and field service solutions.

Serves as the senior technical contact during implementations of supply chain software solutions. Designs client-specific enhancements, troubleshoots implementation issues, prioritizes project issues, and supports customer integrations with Manhattan Associates products or external systems. Collaborates with customer project teams on configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Requires client-facing consulting experience in transportation, software deployment, SQL database troubleshooting, and up to 50% travel.
