Acts as a trusted internal consultant and strategic advisor, translating business strategy into transformation priorities, capability roadmaps, process improvements, and technology-enabled outcomes. Leads discovery workshops, root-cause analysis, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. Partners with architects and technology teams to connect business needs with applications, data, automation, AI, and operating-model changes while measuring adoption, value, risk, and investment tradeoffs.

Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution to drive awareness and pipeline. Manage editorial and social calendars, partner with SMEs and customers, produce cornerstone assets, optimize via SEO and analytics, coordinate agencies, and improve content workflows and measurement.

Manage warehouse management software implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. Build project plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, track scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, and serve as the primary client contact. Coordinate configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, cutover, and readiness activities while escalating concerns and supporting post-go-live transition.
