Manage customer software implementations and data migrations. Clean, reformat, validate, and quality-check customer data, monitor automated import jobs, investigate errors, coordinate with onboarding, sales, support, and engineering teams, and maintain repeatable process documentation. The role handles high ticket volumes and sensitive data requiring HIPAA-compliant practices.

Lead and run copy-first creative across Mangomint and sub-brands: own brand voice, campaign concepts, art direction for video and design, and quality control. Mentor direct reports (Copywriter, Sr. Video Production Manager), direct agency and internal designers, and partner with Creative Ops to manage delivery.
