Leads customer success for an AI platform supporting autonomous factories, overseeing projects from pilot through global rollout. Builds enterprise relationships from shop-floor teams to C-level stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional integrations, mentors sales, operations, and technical teams, expands the Customer Impact Team, and contributes to business model and product strategy.

Build and own frontend systems for an industrial AI platform and manufacturing applications. Develop reusable components, conventions, tooling, and documentation; make architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable interfaces; and create polished, accessible, performant experiences. Collaborate with founders, engineers, customers, and AI-assisted development teams across complex interfaces involving enterprise data and operational workflows.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, work with major clients, and optimize manufacturing processes using AI.
