Leads planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, MRO buying, and supplier coordination for the Ingredients division. Oversees warehouse operations, transportation scheduling, S&OP coordination, inventory optimization, vendor audits, KPI adoption, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with customer service, production, purchasing, finance, sales, R&D, and quality teams to meet customer demand and improve supply chain efficiency.

Sell food ingredients and related products to prospective and existing customers across the Western United States. Develop account plans, generate new business, grow territories, meet sales and profitability targets, manage customer relationships, monitor market trends, and represent the company at trade shows and industry meetings. The role focuses on savory, nutritional, supplement, flavor, seasoning, extract, sweetener, and functional ingredient markets, with 30–40% regional travel and occasional international travel.

Partners with manufacturing leaders and employees on workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Serves as the primary expert for employee relations and workplace investigations, independently handling cases from intake through findings, resolution, and follow-up. Coaches managers, advises on corrective action, identifies workforce trends and risks, supports compensation and benefits programs, and uses HR metrics to recommend improvements.
