Lead client onboarding and outsourced accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, payroll, sales tax, audits, and U.S. tax returns. Research complex accounting and tax issues, analyze financial performance, improve client processes, manage special projects, and mentor junior staff. Work independently with clients across industries while collaborating remotely across U.S. time zones.

Provide bookkeeping and accounting support for US clients: AP/AR, payroll, monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax return preparation (including 1099s), research on tax issues, and audit support.

The Accounting Associate will prepare and analyze financial reports and tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy in accounting. The role involves client onboarding, bookkeeping, accounts management, and supporting financial operations.
