Provide remote executive and personal support to the CEO and partners, including calendar and email management, travel and logistics coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, CRM maintenance, phone/WhatsApp communications, expense and document preparation, event/food order support, basic data entry, and cross-department assistance. Work hours follow US time zones and may include weekends.

Lead client financial operations including audits, tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, AR/AP, and financial reporting. Coordinate external audits, analyze financial data for insights, mentor junior staff, streamline processes and automate spreadsheets, and support client acquisition and onboarding.

Plan, create, publish, and repurpose SEO-focused content across channels; manage marketing calendar; monitor campaign and SEO performance; and design AI-powered marketing workflows, automation, and reusable prompts. Research and implement AI tools, review AI-generated content for accuracy and brand fit, and recommend data-driven improvements.
