Manage daily 1st and 2nd shift warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, handle customer logistics claims and ASN documentation, enforce FIFO, supervise operators, coordinate returns and CMS activities, liaise with HQ on materials and SAP updates, and act as backup to the Operations Manager.
