Reviews and negotiates outside counsel guidelines, engagement terms, NDAs, Business Associate Agreements, RFP requirements, and other client contracts. Advises on legal ethics, privilege, compliance, and risk; coordinates with firm stakeholders and clients; manages contract tracking and version control in Intapp; supports due diligence, policy development, training, ethical walls, and process improvements.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO/Managing Partner, including complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, expense processing, communications, confidential matters, stakeholder relationships, and tracking leadership commitments. The role requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, communication, and the ability to prioritize competing needs in a hybrid professional-services environment.

Develop and manage proposals, RFP responses, pitches, and government procurements from kickoff through submission. Coordinate attorneys, consultants, and business professionals; create compliance checklists, schedules, content, and supporting materials; and ensure accuracy and professional presentation. Maintain proposal content and knowledge resources, support competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, and improve processes using AI and other technologies.
