The Senior Manager of Strategic Growth oversees recruiting strategies, manages all aspects of hiring including lateral Associate searches, collaborates with various teams, and ensures a smooth recruitment process for candidates.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO/Managing Partner, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, confidential files, board and firm events, expense reports, and stakeholder coordination while improving processes and ensuring executive efficiency.

Lead full-cycle lateral legal recruiting for experienced associates and partners. Manage candidate pipelines, ATS records, interview logistics, offers, background checks, conflicts, vendor relations, and recruiting metrics. Partner with practice leaders and search firms, conduct market research and sourcing support, prepare reports and administrative materials, and ensure a high-quality, confidential candidate experience while meeting deadlines and firm policies.
