The role also contributes to process improvements, special projects, and high-touch candidate experience initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Lead firm-wide projects across departments and offices from initiation through completion. Manage objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, metrics, and stakeholder communications. Develop implementation plans, resolve issues, standardize processes, support technology implementations, and report progress to senior management. The role requires professional services project management experience, technical project exposure, budgeting and resource allocation skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
