Own and optimize provider-facing content and campaigns to increase referring-provider engagement and referral-to-enrollment conversion. Build automated referral outreach sequences, produce provider collateral and email newsletters, track campaign performance, design assets in Canva, maintain content calendar, and collaborate with clinical and sales teams to keep messaging accurate.

Manage referral flow by contacting families, coordinating care, and converting referring providers into ongoing partners. Track referrals, follow up, liaise with providers and the Family Care Team, and improve processes to boost referral conversion.

Lead and coach a field team across Texas and Illinois to build and retain pediatric and health-system partnerships. Manage pipeline and CRM, conduct in-person outreach and meetings, carry a monthly new-partnership quota, guide marketing collateral, and ensure partner engagement and territory coverage.
