The Finance Officer supports accounting, financial operations, logistics, payments, payroll, tax deductions, reconciliations, budgeting, reporting, inventory, and asset management. The role ensures accurate financial-system entries, timely vendor and participant payments, compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and Nigerian regulations, and effective internal controls. The officer also maintains administrative records, supports project activities, monitors advances, prepares reports, and coordinates with finance and operations teams.

Lead the conceptualization, governance, development, testing, and operationalization of Eswatini’s National Health Product Registry. Coordinate Ministry of Health, regulatory authority, MSH, and other stakeholders; define technical architecture and interoperability standards; standardize and validate product data using GS1 standards; support traceability integration across national health systems; develop SOPs and governance packages; and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Leads business development opportunities, proposal development, capture and positioning strategies, partner cultivation, donor engagement, and proposal compliance. Manages opportunity pipelines, calendars, budgets, teams, and business development systems. Supports organizational targets, trains staff, improves processes, and evaluates approved AI use cases. Requires strong communication, organization, relationship management, and proposal leadership skills in donor-funded global health environments.
