Supports pharmaceutical procurement capacity strengthening for Ukraine’s Medical Procurement of Ukraine. Coordinates government, industry, donor, and civil society stakeholders; improves tendering, supplier engagement, market research, internal controls, and procurement systems. Manages workplan activities, training, stakeholder forums, reporting, data analysis, and institutional development. Contributes to anti-corruption systems, ISO 37001 recertification, strategic planning, and supply chain reforms.

Plans and implements communications for a U.S. Government-funded health system strengthening project in Ukraine. Responsibilities include developing communications products, newsletters, social media strategy and content, media monitoring, success stories, events, and reporting. The role coordinates government counterparts, partners, vendors, designers, and global communications teams; ensures compliance with donor branding and review requirements; tracks engagement metrics; maintains communications assets and procedures; and supports work planning, budgeting, and evidence-based reporting.

Provides technical and operational support for HIV/TB commodity supply chains in Ukraine, including procurement, warehousing, inventory monitoring, forecasting, distribution, cold-chain capacity, and emergency preparedness. Coordinates with government agencies, healthcare facilities, NGOs, and other stakeholders; identifies supply chain risks and gaps; develops training and technical materials; supports implementation planning, reporting, and capacity strengthening.
