Executes and optimizes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social, digital, print, webinars, and events. Develops content, sales enablement materials, product launch communications, and partner marketing assets. Manages webinar and event promotions, marketing automation, website content, analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and timelines while applying brand, SEO, accessibility, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Manages and develops the Customer Success team, overseeing daily operations, service delivery, customer escalations, performance metrics, process improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance. Partners cross-functionally to support new products and services, improve customer experience, document processes, resolve quality issues, and communicate operational performance to leadership.

Owns governance, quality, integrity, and operational management of contract and customer master data. Oversees contract configuration, pricing controls, member onboarding, eligibility, roster management, exception resolution, metrics, and process documentation. Leads continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, develops standardized controls, and manages a data operations team while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Reconciliation, IT, and other functions.
