Owns full-cycle accounting for an affiliated entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, tax notices, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. The accountant independently maintains accurate records, resolves discrepancies, meets payroll and close deadlines, and communicates financial results to management while coordinating with the corporate accounting team.

Manages commercial construction projects from start to finish, overseeing contract administration, scheduling, procurement, change orders, cost controls, billing, compliance, project documentation, stakeholder relationships, and closeout. Leads project teams, coordinates owners, subcontractors, designers, and engineers, facilitates meetings, monitors profitability, prepares status reports, and supports proposals. Requires commercial construction experience, supervisory ability, blueprint knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with construction and Microsoft Office software.

Lead architectural design and project management from concept through completion, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, design documentation, permits, building-code compliance, and construction administration. Supervise and mentor junior staff, support proposals, conduct site visits, and ensure projects meet client objectives, timelines, budgets, and design intent.
