Partner with the CEO to drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: translate strategy into executable plans, enforce accountability, embed changes into operations, build board/investor materials, and act as a credible CEO proxy to ensure measurable outcomes.

Lead architecture and operation of AWS infrastructure using Terraform, enforce cloud security and SRE best practices, build secure CI/CD with GitHub Actions, own production reliability and incident response, mentor engineering teams, and drive cross-functional platform strategy and automation.

Manage assigned EMEA client relationships to ensure retention, increase adoption, close renewals, and identify upsell opportunities. Act as trusted advisor, drive customer value and advocacy, resolve renewal/support issues, set customer KPIs, and collaborate cross-departmentally to improve satisfaction and expand license coverage.
