Directs the behavioral health facility’s Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs. Responsibilities include regulatory and accreditation compliance, inspections, audits, corrective action plans, root cause analysis, patient complaint review, incident investigations, committee coordination, policy updates, peer review, records maintenance, and regulatory training.

Manages nursing unit operations and staff while organizing and administering individualized patient care. Oversees medication administration, infection control, emergency response, patient education, discharge planning, scheduling, census accuracy, safety procedures, and compliance with nursing standards. Supervises nurses, nursing assistants, mental health technicians, and students while collaborating with medical staff, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary teams to support behavioral health patients.
