The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Compliance strategy and manage teams of engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering innovation while maintaining security and usability in the product.

Own and grow German SMB and mid-market accounts by developing strategic account plans, expanding platform adoption, generating demand, managing senior stakeholders, and negotiating renewals and framework agreements. The role requires structured prospecting across HR, procurement, hiring managers, and business units, while achieving meeting, revenue, renewal, and portfolio growth targets. Success involves applying MEDDIC, delivering product demos, and building long-term partnerships in a hybrid environment.

Lead global account strategy, stakeholder engagement, enterprise sales, multinational contract negotiations, deployment coordination, forecasting, and expansion for Malt’s largest international accounts. The role manages HR, Procurement, executive, Legal, and Finance stakeholders across countries while driving renewals, revenue growth, pilots, and new market adoption.
