Teams at Malt

Act as the HR Business Partner for Malt Spain, advising leaders on organizational design, performance management, compensation, internal mobility, and employee engagement. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, analyze people data to inform strategy, manage projects and budgets, and support change management to scale the business.

Support Enterprise sales by analyzing local performance, managing portfolios and targets, optimizing sales processes and tools, collaborating with global and local teams, and delivering training to drive adoption.

Provide HR support across France and Spain: manage onboarding/offboarding, answer HR queries within 48 hours, draft contracts and documents, maintain HRIS data (BambooHR), coordinate payroll with external providers and benefits, produce reports and contribute to cross-team People Operations projects.
