Own and scale account deployment processes and CRM data governance, optimize tools and AI-driven workflows, enable frontline teams with training, and ensure contract and account hierarchy accuracy while partnering with Account Management and Product teams.

Lead targeted outbound prospecting and full-cycle acquisition at enterprise level for the UK market. Map and engage stakeholders, run MEDDIC-based discovery, orchestrate pilots, manage RFI/RFPs and complex MSA negotiations, and hand over accounts to local teams while feeding product and GTM insights.

Support the People Operations team with onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and resolving employee queries, while collaborating with international HR teams.
