Develop and execute enterprise-wide indirect procurement and category strategies. Lead strategic sourcing events, spend analysis, supplier qualification, negotiations, contracting, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and savings initiatives. Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to establish objectives, manage supplier relationships, improve processes, and deliver cost reduction, cost avoidance, innovation, and operational value. The role manages complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide indirect spend without direct reports.

Supports corporate legal and contract management by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements. Coordinates approvals and execution, tracks obligations and renewals, maintains contract databases and templates, prepares contract risk reports, and assists with improving contract lifecycle processes. Partners with procurement, sales, finance, compliance, and business teams while providing guidance on contracting procedures and handling routine contract questions.

Manages a critical care sales territory across the Tokyo metropolitan area, targeting hospitals and healthcare professionals, promoting approved products, negotiating contracts and tenders, analyzing sales data, and driving revenue growth. The role also manages invoicing, partner relationships, post-market surveillance, compliance, customer communications, and coordination with internal teams. This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring native Japanese, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of sales experience.
