Leads logistics process improvement, supply chain systems implementations, EDI and API integrations, transportation technology projects, and logistics operations. Supervises three logistics coordinators, oversees transportation and distribution activities, analyzes KPIs, improves workflows, supports customer fulfillment, and coordinates with internal teams, carriers, customers, and technology providers. The role also develops procedures, training, process controls, and corrective actions while ensuring safety, compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency.

Manages Midwest customer accounts and sales growth for specialty chemical emulsion products. Responsibilities include achieving territory sales goals, developing existing and new relationships, organizing customer visits, attending trade shows, nurturing leads, communicating market intelligence, supporting demand planning, and coordinating with technical, supply chain, finance, marketing, and other internal teams. This is a remote role requiring customer-site and company-related travel.
