Support sales team by processing quotes and orders, generating sales files in ERP, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, tracking shipments, handling customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and assisting with receivables and documentation to improve sales efficiency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for field service technicians across Texas and Louisiana. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing through Indeed and other platforms, building candidate pipelines, screening applicants, coordinating interviews and offers, maintaining ATS records, advising hiring managers, and supporting recruiting events and technical-school partnerships. The role manages multiple openings, locations, and stakeholders, initially onsite in Addison before transitioning to hybrid work.
