Manage large conveyor and material-handling system projects from customer order through installation and implementation. Responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors, coordinating manufacturers and freight companies, managing customers and suppliers, obtaining plan approvals, processing change orders, conducting site visits, and reporting progress. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, project-management, vendor-coordination, and customer-service skills, along with willingness to travel nationwide or internationally up to 75%.

Hunt and close new business in manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution environments. Identify decision makers, diagnose operational/process challenges, propose material-handling and automation solutions, coordinate with subject matter experts, and support onboarding. Maintain strategic prospecting and follow-through across extended sales cycles.

Develops 2D CAD layouts and detailed drawing packages for material handling and warehouse automation systems. Interprets engineering concepts and markups, maintains revision control and CAD standards, supports sales concept layouts, and assists project teams with construction and installation drawings. Coordinates with engineering, sales, and project management teams and updates drawings based on field feedback and project changes.
