Creates and manages production and prototype wiring harness CAD drawings, models, databases, and engineering documentation. Supports prototype development, engineering changes, new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and technical problem resolution. Leads continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S to improve safety, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost efficiency. Develops process documentation and work instructions while collaborating with engineering, production, quality, customers, and suppliers.
