Coordinates recurring marketing execution across Freshwater and Saltwater brands, including website updates, content calendars, brochures, newsletters, digital advertising, and photo/video projects. Maintains project plans, launch timelines, claims documentation, digital assets, and status reporting. Coordinates internal teams, agencies, vendors, dealers, and marketing leaders while tracking deliverables, escalating conflicts, and ensuring advertising content meets compliance requirements.

Supports product quality and continuous improvement in a manufacturing plant. Analyzes quality data, leads root-cause investigations, develops control plans and inspection standards, manages containment and corrective actions, and supports supplier quality, MRB, and new product introduction activities. Reports quality KPIs and helps reduce defects, scrap, rework, warranty costs, and other costs of poor quality through structured problem solving and Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Leads strategic and operational HR across multiple regions and facilities. Manages and develops HR Business Partners, oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession, employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, and leader development. Owns regional HR metrics, staffing effectiveness, headcount accuracy, and talent outcomes while partnering with operational and site leadership. Supports manufacturing environments and ensures consistent, compliant HR practices across locations.
