The role collaborates with application developers, infrastructure teams, analysts, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable enterprise data solutions.

Twelve-month Process Engineering Internship supporting the development, validation, and implementation of production processes and innovations for boat manufacturing. Responsibilities include identifying safety, quality, and manufacturing improvements; collaborating with Safety, Quality, Production, and Design teams; and working with CAD models, hand tools, and mechanical devices. The role requires indoor and outdoor work, physical activity around boats, and occasional overtime.

Leads plant quality activities for marine tower manufacturing, supervising process auditors and reducing defects, scrap, rework, warranty issues, and cost of poor quality. Develops control plans, FMEAs, work instructions, audits, and corrective actions; conducts root-cause investigations using 8D, A3, and Six Sigma methods. Partners with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers on quality resolution, continuous improvement, compliance, new product introduction, and process control.
