Owns lead and account data quality across the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include deduplicating and enriching CRM records, defining lead quality and routing standards, maintaining account structures, resolving data escalations, evaluating enrichment vendors, and assessing AI for quality assurance and anomaly detection. Partners with sales leadership to build scalable workflows and validation processes using CRM tools, SQL, spreadsheets, and potentially Python.

Coordinates programs, projects, timelines, deliverables, documentation, meetings, and cross-functional follow-up. Supports team culture initiatives, events, offsites, operational processes, and organization-wide projects while surfacing risks and providing stakeholder updates. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, adaptability, and proactive execution. The role is a 12-month remote W2 contract working 40 hours weekly, with San Francisco preferred.

Leads enablement tooling strategy, tool rollouts, training, change management, field readiness, platform optimization, AI capability adoption, knowledge systems, feedback loops, and content governance. Partners with technical and product teams to improve tool adoption, workflow standardization, field effectiveness, and real-time insights across the enablement technology stack.
