Leads complex Workday Benefits implementations and optimization projects from discovery through deployment. Advises senior clients on benefits transformation, compliance, plan design, eligibility, enrollment, life events, and carrier integrations. Oversees configuration quality, project governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder relationships while leading and developing consulting teams. Supports business development through benefits-focused proposals, presentations, and account growth initiatives.

Manage month-end and annual close and consolidation for clients, prepare/post journal entries, reconcile key accounts, produce financial statements, advise on GAAP/IFRS technical accounting, support audits, liaise with banks/vendors, and help standardize accounting practices across engagements.
