Translates customer and market needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. Owns product KPIs, release planning, stakeholder alignment, usability research, and customer feedback. Manages cross-functional teams, strategic partnerships, staff development, and collaboration with technology, design, business, and data professionals to deliver valuable digital products.

Leads end-to-end livestream commerce and content operations, including campaign planning, production, event execution, vendor and stakeholder coordination, host and influencer management, budgeting, scheduling, and performance analysis. Develops content calendars and creative concepts aligned with brand and commercial goals, monitors viewership, engagement, GMV, and conversion metrics, and presents recommendations to improve future sessions and support product launches.
