Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models and data-driven solutions. Prepare data, engineer features, build reusable pipelines, integrate models with APIs and applications, and support deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile environment while documenting technical decisions and mentoring junior developers.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, coding, testing, debugging, integration, and configuration. Collaborate with clients and team members to prioritize development backlogs and plan releases. Build reliable, reusable code, analyze system requirements, and support applications using .NET technologies, SQL, APIs, JavaScript, and related systems.

Design and maintain enterprise security architecture for ICAM applications; integrate security controls across applications, cloud, infrastructure, and DevSecOps; support security assessments, ATO documentation, vulnerability remediation and POA&M management; work with development teams to enforce SDLC security and resolve high-severity findings.
