Legal Counsel will build and scale Maki’s legal function across commercial contracting, legal operations, privacy, product, AI regulation, and company strategy. The role negotiates enterprise agreements, develops templates and playbooks, implements legal workflows, advises Product and Engineering on regulatory requirements, and helps leadership manage legal and commercial risk. Success requires practical judgment, strong technology and SaaS legal experience, and the ability to create scalable processes in a growing company.

Security Engineering Intern contributing to product, infrastructure, and governance security. Responsibilities include building security tooling and automation in CI/CD and IaC pipelines, conducting code analysis and intrusion testing, addressing AI security risks such as prompt injection, and supporting security certifications and regulatory compliance. The role suits a final-year computer science or cybersecurity student with hands-on security experience and programming skills.

Design and maintain workplace IT systems and automation, including laptop provisioning, access management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, reporting, and macOS fleet deployment through MDM. Provide hardware, software, and network support while resolving recurring issues through automation and process improvements. The intern will work with tools such as macOS, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace in a modern scale-up environment.
