Security Engineering Intern contributing to product, infrastructure, and governance security. Responsibilities include building security tooling and automation in CI/CD and IaC pipelines, conducting code analysis and intrusion testing, addressing AI security risks such as prompt injection, and supporting security certifications and regulatory compliance. The role suits a final-year computer science or cybersecurity student with hands-on security experience and programming skills.

Design and maintain workplace IT systems and automation, including laptop provisioning, access management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, reporting, and macOS fleet deployment through MDM. Provide hardware, software, and network support while resolving recurring issues through automation and process improvements. The intern will work with tools such as macOS, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace in a modern scale-up environment.

Develop and validate psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and AI-driven scoring systems. Conduct job analysis, research, and statistical validation while ensuring fairness, inclusion, ethical compliance, and scientific rigor. Partner with clients and internal teams throughout the assessment lifecycle, communicate technical findings to varied audiences, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, train stakeholders, and present research at conferences.
