Lead and grow a quota-carrying sales team to acquire creators and brand partners. Build pipelines, close deals, manage forecasts, quotas, compensation, and agency relationships. Coach and develop Account Executives, improve sales processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue growth.

The Staff Engineer will lead internal systems and integrations, manage project lifecycles, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of technical solutions.

Design and deliver end-to-end UX and polished UI for creator- and fan-facing web experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; run user research and testing; maintain design systems; build and customize Shopify storefronts and themes; optimize for conversion, accessibility, and visual quality; collaborate cross-functionally and manage external creatives as needed.
