Lead design and delivery of onboarding, compliance, leadership, and luxury service training across the property. Partner with People + Culture and department leaders to identify talent, maintain certifications and training records, manage LMS, coach leaders, ensure audit readiness, and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.

Lead group sales efforts for the hotel by cultivating relationships, identifying and closing group business, negotiating contracts, representing the property at events, coordinating with property leadership, and ensuring group needs are met throughout the guest experience.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public areas by removing trash, replenishing supplies, deep-cleaning assigned spaces, organizing linen closets, and delivering requested items. Greet guests warmly and support the housekeeping team to ensure hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
