Lead design and delivery of onboarding, compliance, leadership, and luxury service training across the property. Partner with People + Culture and department leaders to identify talent, maintain certifications and training records, manage LMS, coach leaders, ensure audit readiness, and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.

Lead group sales efforts for the hotel by cultivating relationships, identifying and closing group business, negotiating contracts, representing the property at events, coordinating with property leadership, and ensuring group needs are met throughout the guest experience.

Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue and market share. Oversee sales, account management, collaboration with revenue management and operations, recruit and develop the sales team, build client and community relationships, and represent the hotel at industry events to generate bookings and brand awareness.
