Develop and execute plans, manage budgets, oversee digital/print marketing, direct local promotions and partnerships, mentor a high-performing team, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the hotel at industry events to maximize profitability and brand awareness.

The Stewarding role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, organizing restaurant areas, and assisting with food preparation. Key tasks include loading and unloading dishwashers, washing specific items by hand, and ensuring sufficient clean dishes during peak hours.
